Welcome Denmark, to the presidency of the Council of the European Union!  

Under its leadership, two overarching priorities will take centre stage: a secure Europe and a competitive, green Europe.

The Danish Presidency will promote a strong and resolute EU, stressing the vital role of the green transition in strengthening security and competitiveness.

We are looking forward to continuing our good cooperation with Danish civil society.
